Will it sound like a robot?

No. We use the highest-quality voice models on the market. Most callers don't realize they're not talking to a person until they're told. You can pick the voice and personality during onboarding.

What if it screws up a customer call?

Two safeguards. First, the eval framework catches the common failure modes before launch. Second, every call is recorded and transcribed — if something goes sideways, you'll know about it within an hour and we'll fix the prompt. We've never had a customer leave because of a bad call.

Can I listen in on calls?

Yes. You get a dashboard with every call, transcript, and recording. You can also forward any call to a flagged inbox for review.

What happens during a power outage or internet outage on your side?

Calls fall back to your existing voicemail or a backup number you specify. We've had 99.97% uptime over the last 90 days.

Do I own the phone number?

Yes. We can provision a new number for you or port your existing one. If you ever leave, you take the number with you. No hostage situations.

How long is the contract?

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The setup fee is non-refundable but if your agent doesn't pass our eval after two rounds of revision, we refund it in full.

Can it transfer to my staff?

On Pro tier with the live-transfer add-on, yes. We require a working phone tree on your end and a 30-minute integration call to map it out.

What if I want it to do more than answer the phone?

This is what we do for a living. After 30 days as a customer, we'll talk about outbound calling, follow-up sequences, and whatever else you need. We don't upsell during onboarding — we want the receptionist piece rock solid first.

Is my customer data safe?

Calls are encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell data. We don't train models on your calls. Recordings auto-delete after 90 days unless you ask us to keep them. Full privacy policy linked in the footer.
