Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using olympus-forge.com or any services provided by Olympus Forge LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We design and operate custom websites, AI receptionist services, and related digital marketing for local service businesses. Mockups and previews are provided to help you evaluate a potential engagement.
3. Mockups & Previews
Any free mockup or preview is provided as-is for evaluation purposes and remains our property until a paid engagement begins. It is not a finished deliverable and does not create an obligation on either party.
4. Paid Services
Paid plans include a setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee, billed monthly. You may cancel with 30 days' notice. A 14-day prorated satisfaction guarantee applies to the monthly fee on new plans; setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Your domain is registered in your name.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide content or URLs you do not own or have authorization to use
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Resell our work product without our written permission
6. Intellectual Property
Our tools, templates, and underlying technology remain the property of Olympus Forge LLC. The finished website and content we deliver for your business are yours to use for your own business purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Olympus Forge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Olympus Forge LLC against any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
